3. Service Terms and Conditions

3.1 Repair Services

  • All repairs are performed by qualified technicians
  • Repair estimates are provided based on initial assessment
  • Final repair costs may vary based on additional issues discovered during repair
  • Repair turnaround times are estimates and may vary
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for devices that pose safety risks

3.2 Warranty

  • Warranty covers the specific repair performed, not unrelated issues
  • Warranty is void if device is damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear

3.3 Data and Privacy

  • We implement strict data security protocols
  • Customer data is wiped from devices during repair process
  • We are not responsible for data loss during repair process
  • Customers are advised to backup data before submitting devices for repair

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of repair services
  • We accept major credit cards and business checks
  • Payment must be received before device return
  • Unpaid devices may be held until payment is received
  • Additional storage fees may apply for devices held beyond 30 days

5. Limitation of Liability

Atravesar Services' liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Loss of use or business interruption
  • Damages resulting from customer misuse or accidents

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate device information and problem description
  • Backup important data before submitting device for repair
  • Remove personal accessories and cases before repair
  • Pay for services as agreed
  • Pick up repaired devices within 30 days of completion

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Atravesar Services and is protected by Canadian copyright laws.

8. Privacy Policy
