Out-of-warranty service contract

By continuing you enter a service agreement with Atravesar Services (AVS), 9225 Leslie St, Richmond Hill, ON. These terms favour AVS’s ability to diagnose, quote, and dispose of uncollected goods in the ordinary course of a repair shop. They supplement our Terms of Service.

Inspection and package delivery fees are earned when you request a payment link and are not refundable if you later decline repair, the unit is uneconomical to repair, or you cancel after a label is issued.
Inspection identifies faults; it does not guarantee a successful repair, original cosmetics, or a particular turnaround.
You pack the device. AVS is not liable for damage, loss, or delay while the parcel is in the courier’s possession inbound to our facility.
Parts and labour, if any, are quoted after inspection. Work starts only if you accept that quote and pay. AVS may use refurbished or equivalent parts.
You must back up data. AVS wipes customer data and is not responsible for data loss.
AVS’s total liability for this request is limited to the amounts you paid for the OOW intake and any accepted repair on this work order. No consequential damages.
Devices not paid for or not collected within 30 days of notice may be stored, recycled, or otherwise disposed of. Additional storage fees may apply.
Ontario law governs. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

You must check every item to continue I understand the inspection fee is non-refundable, including if I decline the repair or the device cannot be repaired. I understand the package delivery fee is non-refundable once a label is issued or a pickup is booked. I authorize diagnosis only. Inspection does not guarantee repair, parts availability, or a specific outcome. I am responsible for packing. AVS is not liable for inbound shipping damage or loss in transit. Any repair after inspection is optional. Unpaid or uncollected devices may incur storage and may be recycled after 30 days. AVS may use refurbished or equivalent parts unless I refuse the quote. Liability is capped at amounts paid for this service. I have backed up my data. I accept that AVS will wipe data and is not responsible for data loss. This request is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and I agree to the courts of Ontario. I have read and agree to the Atravesar Terms of Service.
